The walk is
linear from Highbury & Islington tube Station (Victoria
line) to Angel (Northern line). Travelcard zones 1/2 |
Neither new nor a river it doesn't even exist in this part of London any longer! However you can follow its course and see remaining evidence which relates to this artifical waterway. Designed to bring fresh water to the City in Tudor times it was in use until the 1980s. |
