The reference library includes a collection of Kellys directories. There is a small philatelic exhibition or the larger collection can be accessed by arrangement Tel 020 7239 2565.

To use the archives you will need a ticket available on production of ID. There are microfilm/fiche readers with printers and power points for personal computers. Digital photography is permitted (no flash).
Free information sheets are available on site and online. Online catalogue of holdings.

Lockers and an eating area are provided. There is a programme of talks, tours, workshops & films. Most need to be booked and some are chargable.
