Housed in the former Flower Market building.
Information and displays on all aspects of London's transport history, including associated architecture.The Learning Lounge is open to museum visitors and offers digital and printed information. Staff are on hand to help and answer enquiries (Tel ext 2335).

The reference library is open Monday - Thursday 10 -5 and Friday 11-5 but closed Christmas/New Year. Access is by appointment and ID is required. Laptops may be used and copying available (subject to copyright). Visits are free but copying is chargeable.

The shop and cafe are open to all. There is a Friends organisation.
