GROUPS The Art Fund

Founded in 1903 this is the UK's largest independent art charity.
It provides funds for museums and galleries throughout the UK to purchase works of art.
It campaigns for the widest possible access to art and promotes the enjoyment of art through its membership scheme.

Members are entitled to free admission to more than 200 charging public art collections, including some English Heritage and National Trust properties, which have been assisted by the Fund. Additionally there are special events offered and reduced price admission to temporary exhibitions. Members also receive a quarterly magazine and an annual review of acquisitions.
